This Empanada is a spicy twist on the classic pasty experience. We slow cook Carlton Farms Natural Pork until it is tender and delicious. Our homemade Chile Verde sauce is full fresh garlic, tomatillos, jalapeños and fresh cilantro. We mix that with oven roasted potatoes, and Appel Farms sharp cheddar. It all adds up to a Holly’s Meat Pies favorite.
